وضع petition عندهم ببلاش طبعاً ، بس نبي المضمون مالها يكون بكلام حلو وممتاز ، فياليت اللي يعرف انجليزي عدل وعنده القدره انه يكتب شي حلو ، انه يكتب لنا علشان نسوي الـpetition .

We enjoy your service but we , the middle eastern gamers ,would like to have online support in our countries as we pay the same amount to access your services as the people in the countries that have online support.

At registration we would like to be able to choose from middle eastern countries and have arabic as a supported language, most of us choose another country because we cannot choose our own and because arabic is not supported by the service.

The most important feature about online support is the ability to download items of Xbox Live marketplace. The us and uk have access to all items available in the marketplace but we do not and we are missing out part of the online experience that we are paying for.

online gameplay is what made xbox live the most popular gaming network available but gamers from countries that are supported by your service have a better advantage over us by playing online as the servers that test the connection to choose a host will ,at 90% of the time, choose a host the is the closest to the servers location, that we do not have.

As an example i will take call of duty 4, i was in a party with my friends , 11 including me were in the party but as soon as someone british joined he was selected host and he had a bad connection which caused us to experience lag and bad ping.

You are making a loss by not giving us online support how? The play stations free network simply supports the middle east and we cannot understand why you would deny us our rights and not give us what we pay for.

Dear Microsoft,
I am writing this to you in the name of all the Middle East gamers and we are asking you kindly to help us with our problems that all of us face in Xbox Live as we are paying the same amount as any American or Europian gamer paies and here is some of the problems we face daily in Xbox Live :

- The lack of support for us in the Market place as we can't download some demos , any TV show and Movies ( that we are willing to pay for )

- When we try to register a gamertag we would like to chose our country instead picking USA or UK and have Arabic language supported

- Authorized sellers in Middle East countries ( there are only two countries who have authorized sellers in the Middle East United Arab Emarites and the Suadi Arabia ) so when people in other countries console broke the can't get it fixed even though it is under warrenty which is holding back many gamers as they afriad of buying Xbox 360 concedring the 3 red lights problems, and just to point things out Sony does have full support for the Middle East player from repairing consoles , online store and online gaming.

- No Xbox Live servers for the Middle East caused us many problems with hosting and joing games as we face lag and not able to play agianst random Middle East players because Quick match won't pick players near us but it will pick players from USA and UK.
For an example about what I said above once me and my friends made Call of Duty 4 match and we were 11 and missing one player and then a player form UK joined us and the server picked him as a host and that caused us too much lag cause he had a bad connection.

- There is more problems we face but that was the most important problems we face.

We have made a petition that include most of the Middle East gamers signatures and names hope you take a serious look in our problem.
