Up at 8am today. Cardio for 40 minutes in my garage, stairs today. Got in a back workout late last night. Chest day today. Getting into my groove now.
Meal 1: egg whites, cream of rice, black coffee, banana
Meal 2: 10 oz of Eat to Grow chicken, 4 oz pasta with red sauce
Meal 3: 10oz of Eat to Grow filet, 10 oz of sweet potato
Meal 4: 10oz of Eat to Grow chicken, 2 cups basmati rice, with some "Guys award winnning" bbq sauce (sugar free, gluten free!!)
Train chest.....Muscletech Nanovapor prior to training
Meal 5:Post training: MesoTech Complete shake
Meal 6: egg whites
My goal right now is just to be consistent with training and to get all my meals in. With consistent therapy to keep my muscles loose and healthy.
